Shantise Byrd, PMHNP, is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about meeting individuals where they are and supporting them on their journey toward healing. With over four years of experience in both inpatient psychiatry and outpatient care, she combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Shantise believes that effective care begins with trust. Her practice focuses on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She integrates psychopharmacology and supportive therapy to provide holistic, evidence-based treatment that addresses each patient’s unique goals and circumstances.
