Ramatu Ibrahim, PMHNP

Ramatu Ibrahim, PMHNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who understands that reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming. She creates a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported.

Ramatu works with teens, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, trauma, and women’s mental health concerns. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. She partners with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, or a combination of both.

She believes clients do not need to have everything figured out before beginning care. Ramatu meets patients where they are, listening first and working alongside them rather than directing their journey. Many patients share they feel comfortable opening up in her calm and respectful space.

Treatment begins with a thoughtful assessment to understand each person’s needs and goals. Follow-up sessions focus on progress, adjustments when needed, and recognizing growth so patients feel supported throughout their mental health journey.
