Nathan Rosenberger, PMHNP

Nathan Rosenberger, PMHNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey toward mental wellness. With a background in nursing and clinical practice in community mental health, Nathan brings both compassion and clinical expertise to every patient interaction. His goal is to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based medication management within a holistic, patient-centered framework that values each person’s unique story and goals.

Nathan has extensive experience treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and sleep disorders. He believes in working collaboratively with patients to develop personalized, practical treatment plans that foster healing and growth. His approach prioritizes trust, open communication, and partnership—creating a space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported.

During the initial visit, Nathan focuses on building a foundation of trust and understanding. Together, he and his patients identify priorities and goals, then design an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management and referrals for therapy or additional supportive resources.
