About

Megan Little, LCSW

Megan Little, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized support to clients navigating life’s challenges. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of St. Francis, Megan brings a warm, person-centered approach to therapy—helping adolescents, young adults, and older adults find balance, clarity, and resilience.

Her clinical background includes experience in behavioral health and school-based settings, where she developed a passion for one-on-one therapy. Megan’s approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and holistic methods, guiding clients to rediscover their strengths, align with their values, and build tools for meaningful change.

Megan also offers faith-based Christian counseling and specialized support for women’s issues. She believes that therapy should be a collaborative journey—tailored to each person’s unique story, struggles, and goals. Her mission is to create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow and heal at their own pace.
