Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I believe therapy starts with meeting you where you are—whether we need to “sit in the suck” for a bit or begin building toward change right away. Our work is collaborative: I’m here as your partner, not your lecturer. With humble beginnings in healthcare as a CNA at age 17, I’ve built a career rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for every person’s journey. I earned my master’s in social work from Aurora University in 2016 and hold clinical licenses in both Illinois and Texas. Over the years, I’ve worked in mental health case management, hospice, intensive outpatient programs, psychiatric intake and review.
I help adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, burnout, or feeling stuck. My approach is person-centered and practical, drawing from CBT and DBT. I offer a supportive space to process challenges and provide tools like handouts and exercises to support growth between sessions. We’ll move at your pace—together.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just unsure of your next step, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. I offer a supportive space to explore, reflect, and grow at your pace. Let’s work together to make sense of what you're going through. I invite you to reach out when you’re ready.
