Janet Mryan is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through telepsychiatry. With more than 20 years of nursing experience, Janet brings extensive clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach to every appointment. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and a variety of other mental health concerns using a combination of medication management and therapeutic techniques. Her holistic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support each patient's unique goals and needs.
