Dr. Chloe El-Atoum is a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to helping individuals find emotional balance and fulfillment through compassionate, evidence-based care. She works with adolescents and adults who may feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed and are seeking clarity, stability, and greater self-understanding. Her approach integrates both medication management and psychotherapy, empowering patients to take an active role in their healing journey.

Dr. El-Atoum completed her undergraduate studies in Biology and Psychology at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she also completed her residency training in General Psychiatry.

She understands that navigating mental-health challenges can be overwhelming and believes that no one should have to face them alone. With empathy, patience, and professional expertise, Dr. El-Atoum provides a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, regain control, and take meaningful steps toward wellness and peace of mind.
