Beth Thornton, PMHNP

Beth Thornton, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who helps individuals build resilience, find balance, and achieve meaningful change through flexible, evidence-based care. She works with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, insomnia, and mood disorders, offering treatment that is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s goals.

Beth understands that mental health challenges can make life feel overwhelming or uncertain. Whether you’re facing mood fluctuations, attention difficulties, or life transitions, she takes the time to listen to your story, understand your values, and create a personalized treatment plan to support your emotional wellness.

Her approach integrates thoughtful medication management with therapeutic support, emphasizing open communication, patient education, and empowerment. She believes that mental health care should evolve as your needs evolve, ensuring long-term progress and a greater sense of agency. Beth is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel respected, understood, and supported throughout their healing journey.
