About

Ashley Bozeman, LPC

Ashley Bozeman, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor serving clients in Mississippi and Texas. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, uncover their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change through structured, compassionate therapy.

She has worked across diverse mental health settings—including telehealth, schools, homes, and acute inpatient psychiatric hospitals—which has given her a deep understanding of how people experience emotional distress and healing. Ashley provides a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can safely explore their emotions, identify patterns, and build healthier coping strategies.

Ashley has extensive experience supporting individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, dysfunctional relationship dynamics, and major life transitions. She offers gender-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and culturally sensitive therapy that prioritizes autonomy, emotional safety, and empowerment. Her approach is eclectic and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Strength-Based interventions to ensure treatment is tailored to each client’s needs.

Above all, Ashley believes healing and growth are possible for everyone. Her mission is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and move toward becoming the healthiest and most authentic version of themselves.
