Dr. Adrienne Adler-Neal is a psychiatrist who completed her residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Prior to that, she completed the combined MD/PhD program at Wake Forest School of Medicine where her doctoral work focused on examining the biological and neural mechanisms underlying mindfulness-based pain relief.

She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and Master of Public Health from the University of Memphis. Her clinical focus is on helping individuals achieve optimum mental health through combining traditional medication management, psychotherapy, and holistic modalities, such as supplements, herbal therapies, and mind/body interventions.
