Angela Udeh, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. She supports patients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, emotional distress, and life transitions—all within a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.

Angela takes time to deeply understand each patient’s experiences and goals, working collaboratively to develop individualized treatment plans focused on emotional balance and long-term well-being. Her approach thoughtfully blends medication management with supportive psychotherapy to address both symptoms and the underlying emotional and behavioral patterns that shape mental health.

With clinical experience in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient psychiatric settings, Angela brings a strong foundation in holistic, integrative care. She began her healthcare career as a registered nurse at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, where she gained extensive experience supporting individuals with complex medical and psychiatric needs.

Angela earned her Master of Science in Nursing (PMHNP) from the University of Texas at Tyler. Her mission is to help each person navigate their mental health journey with confidence, compassion, and clarity—one step at a time.
