About

Dr.

Alexandra Hillman

Alexandra Hillman, LCSW, is a bilingual licensed therapist providing care in English and Spanish to support individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and cultural sensitivity. She works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues. Alexandra is committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to express themselves and begin meaningful healing.

Her therapeutic approach centers on collaboration, trust, and authenticity. Alexandra believes that healing starts with being heard and understood. She uses evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based strategies—to tailor each session to the client’s unique needs. Her goal is to empower individuals to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and rediscover a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Alexandra earned her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and Substance Use from The University of Texas at Arlington. She has broad experience supporting diverse populations and is passionate about fostering emotional wellness, personal growth, and long-term positive change.
