About
Dr.
Adrienne Lloyd Adler Neal
Dr. Adrienne Lloyd Adler-Neal is a board-certified psychiatrist committed to helping individuals achieve mental and emotional well-being through an integrative, personalized approach. She blends traditional psychiatric care—including medication management and psychotherapy—with holistic treatment options such as supplements, herbal therapies, and mind-body techniques.
During sessions, Dr. Adler-Neal takes time to fully understand each patient’s story, concerns, and goals. She works collaboratively to design individualized treatment plans that support both emotional and physical balance. Her approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.
Dr. Adler-Neal completed her psychiatry residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She earned her MD/PhD from Wake Forest School of Medicine, where her research focused on the neural and biological mechanisms behind mindfulness-based pain relief. She also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Pennsylvania.
During your initial assessment, Dr. Adler-Neal will explore your mental health concerns, medical history, and personal goals. Together, you’ll build a comprehensive plan designed to promote healing, resilience, and long-term well-being. She provides continuous support and thoughtful guidance throughout the therapeutic process.
