Jessica is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with BlueSky Telepsych who graduated with both her master’s degree and doctorate degree from University of South Carolina. She has experience as a nurse in women’s health, psychiatric health and health coaching. She enjoys learning about the effects of mental health conditions on her patients as well as interventions to help them achieve wellness. Jessica believes that patients should be key participants in their wellness and likes to tailor treatment to a patient’s goals. She is a firm believer in daily mindfulness practices, exercise and good nutrition to help manage stress.
